Bart was born and raised in central Arkansas. After graduating from the University of Central Arkansas, he met his wife and decided that Conway is where they would raise their family. Bart and his wife have 2 children and are members of 2nd Baptist Church in Conway. He is an avid outdoorsman.
Bart has been a licensed home inspector since 2012. He has served on the Arkansas Association of Real Estate Inspectors board for 4 years, including holding the office of president in 2017.
